Reiki is an ancient, non-intrusive complementary therapy. Reiki enhances the body's own innate ability to heal itself on all levels.
Energy therapy supports the theory that we carry all of our pain in our energy field.
We all carry a burden of suffering, and this energy can prevent us from overcoming the traumas, undesired behaviors, and ingrained habits that we developed to help us deal with life's obstacles. These undesirable behaviors and routines, which once aided us, now work against us rather than for us in achieving our potential.
You may connect and engage with the people and events in your life from a place of greater harmony, serenity, and clarity as you move gracefully and effortlessly forward in your life, though, once you release this unwanted energy and eliminate what no longer serves you.
What one experiences during a Reiki treatment varies somewhat from person to person.
However, feelings of deep relaxation are usually felt by all. In addition, many feel a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and surrounds them.
As the Reiki energy encourages one to let go of all tension, anxiety, fear or other negative feelings a state of peace and well-being is experienced. Some drift off to sleep. At the end of the treatment, one feels refreshed with a more positive, balanced outlook.
Most Reiki Treatments last an hour. A combined Reiki talk therapy session lasts around two hours.
You choose whether you would prefer to work using a phone call, video call or Skype. Book your session, and I will contact you at the time. I will stay in contact with you all through the healing, talking you through every step. You are likely to feel heat/ tingles as the energy travels into you.
Alternatively, if you would prefer not to stay on the phone or video call during the healing, this is fine too. We can talk before and after the actual healing if you’d like, or indeed it can all be without chat if that is your preference.
